TCYM Privacy Policy
This policy describes how TCYM handles information through its public websites, support channels, and services. Product-specific notices provide the more precise data boundary for individual products.

Where a product-specific privacy notice differs from this general policy about that product's data handling, the product-specific notice applies for that product.

2. Information TCYM may receive
The information TCYM receives depends on how you interact with a site or product. It may include:
- your name, email address, organization information, and message content when you contact TCYM;
- diagnostic or contextual information that you voluntarily include in a support request;
- ordinary connection, browser, device, IP-address, and request information processed by hosting or platform providers for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and operations; and
- information processed by an individual product as described in that product's privacy notice.
Please do not send credentials, secrets, customer exports, payment-card data, or other confidential or personal information that is not necessary for the request.
3. How information is used
TCYM uses information only as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide support, operate and secure websites and services, investigate abuse or technical failures, maintain or improve the relevant service, comply with legal obligations, and establish or exercise legal rights.
4. Sharing and sale of information
TCYM does not sell or rent personal information and does not use support content for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to service providers that host, distribute, secure, or support the relevant service; when you ask or authorize TCYM to disclose it; or when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, users, or service security.
5. Service providers and third-party platforms
Different TCYM products rely on different third-party platforms. These may include Cloudflare Pages for public website hosting, Atlassian Forge and Atlassian Marketplace for Atlassian apps, and Figma for Figma plugins. A provider applies only where the relevant site or product uses it. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy documentation.
6. Cookies, analytics, and this legal site
The TCYM Legal site does not include TCYM analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking scripts, or third-party web fonts. TCYM does not intentionally set an analytics or advertising cookie on this legal site. Cloudflare may still process ordinary network and request information as part of hosting and security.
7. Retention
Information received directly by TCYM, such as support correspondence, is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain security and operational records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and establish or exercise legal rights. Product-specific notices describe any different product data-retention behavior.
8. Security
TCYM uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service and information involved. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Product-specific notices describe important technical boundaries, such as whether a product stores or transmits customer data.
9. Privacy requests
For questions or requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other rights that may apply under applicable law, contact support@tcym.jp. TCYM may need enough information to understand the request and, where necessary, verify that the requester is authorized to make it. If TCYM does not possess the requested information, TCYM will explain that where reasonably possible.

TCYM may update this policy when services, data practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current published version. Material product-specific changes should also be reflected in the relevant product notice.
