API Token Migration Auditor

This notice explains how the browser-only utility handles Zendesk Support API Token Usage Report CSV files.

Effective date: 2026-09-10

Short version: selected CSV files are parsed and analyzed in the browser. The product does not upload them to TCYM or another external service.

1. Provider and scope

This notice is provided by TCYM, Japan, and supplements the TCYM Privacy Policy. If this notice conflicts with the common policy for this product feature, this product notice controls for that feature.

2. What the product processes

The product processes the CSV file that an authorized user deliberately selects or drops into the interface. A Usage Report may contain token identifiers and descriptions, IP addresses, user agents, HTTP methods, URLs, status codes, timestamps, User IDs, and email values.

3. Where processing occurs

CSV parsing, normalization, endpoint grouping, coverage analysis, scope assessment, migration priority, and report generation occur in the browser.
The product does not upload CSV content, call the Zendesk API, request API tokens, or run an OAuth authentication flow.
The product does not use TCYM or vendor analytics, behavioral telemetry, advertising, or an AI service for CSV analysis, and it does not use a server-side database, browser cookie, localStorage, or IndexedDB for that analysis.
CSV and HTML reports are generated locally and downloaded only when the user chooses to download them.

4. Retention and user responsibility

The product keeps the selected file and derived analysis in browser memory for the current page session. Refreshing or closing the app removes that analysis. The browser, device, extensions, and any files the user saves can have separate storage outside TCYM's control. Users are responsible for protecting and deleting source reports and exports according to their organization's policy.

5. Third-party services

The app is distributed through Zendesk Marketplace and runs in the Zendesk Apps Framework. The required Zendesk SDK may exchange framework-managed installation, lifecycle, interaction, or performance messages with the Zendesk host. Zendesk may process those messages, along with account and licensing information, under its own terms and privacy documentation. This product does not send the selected CSV to an external analytics, storage, or AI service.
