TCYM Terms of Use
These terms apply to TCYM websites, public content, and general services unless a product-specific agreement, marketplace order, or other applicable terms state otherwise.

Product-specific terms may supplement or replace these general terms for a particular product. Transaction, billing, licensing, or marketplace terms from the platform through which a product is obtained may also apply separately.
1. Provider and scope
These terms are provided by TCYM, based in Japan. By accessing or using a TCYM website or service covered by these terms, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product documentation and terms.

2. Changes to services and terms
TCYM may change, suspend, or discontinue content, features, availability, or links as products are developed, maintained, or retired. TCYM may update these terms when reasonably necessary. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use a TCYM service to violate applicable law or another party's rights, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, abuse service capacity, or attempt to obtain information that you are not authorized to access.
4. Intellectual property
TCYM and its licensors retain their rights in TCYM software, branding, documentation, visual materials, and other protected content unless a separate license states otherwise. You may use public materials for their intended informational purpose and exercise any rights granted by applicable law. You may not resell, sublicense, or represent TCYM materials as your own, or use TCYM names or branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
5. Third-party services
TCYM products may rely on or link to services operated by third parties such as Atlassian, Figma, Cloudflare, or other providers. Their terms, privacy policies, technical availability, and charges apply separately. TCYM is not responsible for changes to a third-party service that are outside TCYM's reasonable control.
6. Paid products and marketplace transactions
If a TCYM product is obtained through a third-party marketplace, the marketplace's ordering, billing, tax, refund, cancellation, account, and license-administration rules apply to the transaction to the extent stated by that marketplace. Product-specific terms continue to govern TCYM's product obligations unless an applicable agreement states otherwise.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCYM services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TCYM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness of all information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product-specific limitations may also apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCYM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption arising from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Japanese law unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
