How to contact us
For a faster response, include the product name, a short description of the issue, the relevant app or browser context, and steps to reproduce when applicable. Remove customer names, issue keys, exports, credentials, and other confidential data unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.
Marketplace customers
For Automation Cost & Audit for Jira, Atlassian Marketplace support may also be available through the listing’s Support tab. The product does not provide a guarantee of actual Atlassian billing, and support cannot change a customer’s Jira rules without the customer’s own action.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, security, or privacy questions, see the TCYM Privacy Policy and contact the same address.
