API Token Migration Auditor

These product terms supplement the TCYM Terms of Use for the browser utility distributed through Zendesk Marketplace.

1. License and Marketplace relationship

Subject to the applicable Zendesk Marketplace order and customer terms, TCYM grants an authorized customer a limited, non-exclusive right to use API Token Migration Auditor for its Zendesk administration and migration planning. Marketplace billing, cancellation, refund, and account rules apply to the Marketplace transaction.

2. Intended use

The app analyzes Usage Report CSV files selected by an authorized administrator. It provides local inventory, caller signals, endpoint groups, coverage, scope candidates, OAuth flow questions, deterministic priority, and report export. It does not modify Zendesk, call the Zendesk API, create OAuth clients, execute a migration, or rewrite integration code.

3. Reports and limitations

Reports are decision-support output from observed CSV rows. The app cannot detect an integration that did not run during the imported window, reconstruct a truncated API token, prove an integration boundary, guarantee an OAuth scope, or guarantee that a migration will succeed. Unknown and Partial results require manual review. LOW priority never means migration is unnecessary.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for obtaining authorization to analyze a report, protecting source files and downloaded exports, validating current Zendesk requirements, reviewing each integration with its owner, selecting least-privilege OAuth scopes, and completing migration before applicable retirement deadlines.

5. Credentials and access

The app does not request or store Zendesk API tokens, OAuth credentials, passwords, or client secrets and does not call Zendesk APIs. Customers must not paste credentials into report fields or send them to support.

6. Availability, warranty, and support

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, recognition of every future report variation, complete discovery, or a particular migration outcome.
