Webhook Migration Auditor support
Because the product is client-side, support can help with the app but cannot see the browser's in-memory audit remotely.
Support contact: support@tcym.jp
How to contact us
Include the app version (`0.1.0`), browser and operating system, a short description, and reproducible steps. Remove API tokens, OAuth credentials, passwords, raw authorization headers, cookies, Webhook secrets, customer data, and raw URLs with query values.
Quick troubleshooting
- Open the app inside the target Zendesk Support account.
- Confirm the operator has administrator or equivalent authorization.
- Run the audit again and review the individual Webhooks, Triggers, and Automations API status.
- Treat permission errors, rate limits, incomplete action data, and unknown endpoint/authentication results as manual-review states.
Privacy
Account configuration is processed in the browser and is not uploaded by the product. Refreshing or closing the app clears its in-memory result. See the product privacy notice.
