Product terms

Webhook Migration Auditor

These product terms supplement the TCYM Terms of Use for the browser utility distributed through Zendesk Marketplace.

Effective date: 2026-09-11

1. License and Marketplace relationship

Subject to the applicable Zendesk Marketplace order and customer terms, TCYM grants an authorized customer a limited, non-exclusive right to use Webhook Migration Auditor for Zendesk administration and migration planning. Marketplace billing, cancellation, refund, and account rules apply to the Marketplace transaction.

2. Intended use

The app reviews returned Webhook, Trigger, and Automation configuration, identifies a narrow high-confidence API-token retirement signature, reconstructs dependent rules, and orders manual review. It does not modify Webhooks, Triggers, Automations, tickets, users, credentials, OAuth clients, or integration code.

3. Reports and limitations

Results are decision-support output from configuration returned by the current Zendesk account. The app cannot discover unreturned or unconfigured integrations, guarantee a migration, guarantee OAuth scopes, or guarantee that a Webhook is safe. HIGH is a configuration signature; OK means no high-confidence pattern was observed and is not a safety guarantee. Unknown and REVIEW results require manual review.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for obtaining authorization, protecting downloaded exports, validating current Zendesk requirements, reviewing each finding with its integration owner, selecting an appropriate migration path, and completing work before applicable retirement deadlines.

5. Support

Questions can be sent to support@tcym.jp. Do not send credentials, raw authorization headers, cookies, secrets, or customer data with a support request.
